How close will my item match the item shown in the picture on the website?

Please keep in mind that fabric on items ordered may be slightly different than the sample you see in the photo. We do out best to have fabric in stock but there are times where a fabric may be discontinued or we simple just can not get any for weeks - we will do our absolute best to make sure they are as close to the original as possible. 

What Is Our Return Policy?

All items at A Moment in Time are "Final Sale". All of our items are custom made and we are not able to accept returns at this time. We always strive to catch any and all imperfections with items, however if you do receive an item that is not as it is described, please email us at amomentintimegeorgia@gmail.com within 2 days after receiving your item and we promise to do our best to fix it.

Are Photos IRL?

Yes, All Photos are actual live photos of the physical items, they are not stock photos of the items, to show exactly what you are ordering. 

How Often Is New Inventory Added to The Site?

We are adding to our site daily. Check back often to our site to never miss new items. You may also sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications when a large amount of new inventory is added and Join our VIP Facebook Group. 

What Is Our Shipping Policy?

Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Your orders will be shipped via either UPS or USPS. We also offer Free Shipping for any orders over $100.

Do We Combine Shipping For Multiple Orders?

Yes. For Multiple orders placed within 24 hours will be merged and any additional shipping charges will be refunded to original form of payment. 

When Will My Items Ship?

All orders are custom made. Turn around time can be up to 5 weeks during busy holidays and during our busy seasons. We do our best to be as fast as possible to get your order shipped to you. 

Can I Cancel/Modify My Order?

We have a 24 hour cancellation period during which time you may cancel an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. If there is any issue or notes you need to add to your order, please contact our customer service at amomentintimegeorgia@gmail.com

Do We Charge Sales Tax? 

A Moment in Time is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders.

What if I don't see my size in shirts?

Shirts are not available in size 7, 9 or 11. If ordering that size set, the next size up shirt will be sent unless otherwise specified. 

Does AMIT do custom orders ?

Custom requests are always welcome! Send us an email to amomentintimegeorgia@gmail.com with “Custom Request” in the subject line and we’ll reply to you as quickly as possible.
